Can I switch plans at any time?

Absolutely. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No penalties, no hassle.

How secure is Bekyn Life?

We use bank-level encryption for all data in transit and at rest. Your most sensitive information is encrypted at the application level with keys unique to your account. We never sell or share your data.

Do I need to be tech-savvy to use Bekyn Life?

Not at all. Our AI Life Archivist guides you through every step — from uploading documents to recording stories. If you can send an email, you can use Bekyn Life.

How does custodian access work?

You choose who your custodians are, what they can see, and when they can see it. Access can be immediate, time-delayed, or triggered by specific life events. You stay in control.

What happens if Bekyn Life shuts down?

Your data is always exportable. In the unlikely event we shut down, you would receive at least 12 months notice and full data export assistance. We are also exploring data escrow partnerships.

Can I gift a subscription to someone?
